McBride boss pockets £450,000

A round-up of the biggest director buys today so far.

Miles Roberts, the chief executive of own-label household goods maker McBride, has pocketed nearly £450,000 from the sale of most of his shares in the company.

He offloaded 195,000 shares at 230p a time, leaving him with just 10,473. He still has interests in 445,998 LTIPs (long term incentive plan shares).
