Dance increases stake in Interserve
A round-up of the biggest director deals today so far.
Steven Dance has added to his shareholding in Interserve, the services, maintenance and building group.
Dance, who is head of the equipment services division, acquired 20,347 shares at 226.6p each. This cost just over £46,000. His total holding is 62,985 shares. Dance was appointed to the Interserve board in January 2008.
Dance is not the only director who has been adding to his shareholding in recent weeks.

Chief executive Adrian Ringrose bought 25,000 shares at 219.6p a share on 1 April, taking his stake to 203,682 shares. Executive director Bruce Melizan's wife acquired 21,202 shares at 217.5p each on the day before, taking their stake to 64,025 shares.
Interserve reported a 6% increase in revenues to £1.91bn in 2009, while underlying profits fell from £81.4m to £78.3m.
Net debt was reduced from £109m to £37.3m. Disposals generated £68m. Interserve also managed to reduce its pension deficit by 38% to £68.6m.
Interserve says that it has already secured 80% of expected revenues for 2010 and 58% of expected 2011 revenues. So far in 2010, it has won contracts valued at £500m.
