Earl sells Strategic Natural Resources stake
A round-up of the biggest director deals today so far.
Non-executive director Peter Earl has sold his entire shareholding in South African coal miner Strategic Natural Resources.
Earl has sold 4,435,000 shares in the AIM-quoted company at 11p each, which has raised £488,000.
This is the third in a series of stake disposals by Earl, which are described as relating to a family settlement. He has sold his stakes in South American power generator Rurelec and South Africa-focused power company IPSA, which intends to take coal from SNR for a new power station.
