England expects with £85,000 ITE purchase
A round-up of the biggest director deals today so far.
Non-executive director Neil England has taken advantage of a weak spell in the share price of ITE Group, splashing out £85,000 on shares in the FTSE 250-listed exhibitions organiser. He took 40,000 shares at 213.5p a share and now had 50,000.ITE organises exhibitions in areas such as the oil and gas industry. It has strong exposure to Russia and the former Soviet Union. England will be hoping the shares are in a slight trough, and not in the early stages of a steady decline. The company said in May that it is now operating in a 'business as usual' environment in its main market Moscow after recovering from the global economic downturn, but the shares in the company are down nearly 15% over the past month.Top Director BuysLondon Stock Exchange Group (LSE) Director name: Mr Xavier RoletAmount purchased: 15,000 @ 1,080.00p Value: £162,000Greene King (GNK) Director name: Mr Rooney AnandAmount purchased: 23,647 @ 507.96p Value: £120,117ITE Group (ITE) Director name: Mr Neil EnglandAmount purchased: 40,000 @ 213.50p Value: £85,400Eastern European Trust (EST) Director name: Mr Neil EnglandAmount purchased: 27,000 @ 299.00p Value: £80,730Eastern European Trust (EST) Director name: Mr Hugh AldousAmount purchased: 12,000 @ 299.00p Value: £35,880Moss Bros Group (MOSB) Director name: Mr Maurice HelfgottAmount purchased: 50,000 @ 36.50p Value: £18,250Top Director SellsSevern Trent (SVT) Director name: Mr Michael J E McKeonAmount sold: 3,756 @ 1,493.00p Value: £56,077Severn Trent (SVT) Director name: Mr Martin KaneAmount sold: 1,158 @ 1,493.00p Value: £17,289Severn Trent (SVT) Director name: Mr Tony BallanceAmount sold: 1,075 @ 1,493.00p Value: £16,050Red Rock Resources (RRR) Director name: Mr Andrew Ronald McMillan BellAmount sold: 200,000 @ 7.75p Value: £15,500
