EnQuest chief raises stake
A round-up of the biggest director buys today so far.
Amjad Bseisu, the chief executive of FTSE 250 oil firm EnQuest, has increased his stake in the group after purchasing 678,168 ordinary shares today.
Through Double A Limited, a discretionary trust in which Bseisu's extended family have a "beneficial interest", the director purchased the said shares at 88.74p per share in a transaction worth £601,806.
The purchase has raised the trust's stake in EnQuest from 7.27% to 7.36% and taken the total number of shares under its ownership to 59,051,755.

The Bseisu family also have a beneficial interest in another trust, Alima Trust, which owns a 1.15% interest in the firm.
EnQuest is an independent oil and gas developer and explorer with a focus on the UK Continental Shelf in the North Sea, an area which it says represents a "significant hydrocarbon basin in a low risk region".
