Tony Ratcliffe, Finance Director of Brady, a software provider to the commodities sector, has disposed of 416,565 shares in the company.
Brady, who joined the company in 2007, sold the shares at 87p each for a total of £362,412.
The sale was made just four days after the company scored a new contract with a large commodity trading house.

Under the contract Brady will support the unnamed firm's base metals trading, logistics and hedging activities.

Last month the company reported a 72% year-on-year rise in sales revenue to £19.2m, which it attributed to acquisitions and the buoyancy of its sector boosted earnings in 2011.
During 2011 Brady signed 14 "significant" licence contracts including its first deals in Hong Kong, Singapore and North Africa.
The share price has risen 6.7% over the past year, although has lost 7.89% in the past month.
