Dolphin Capital raises funds at tiny discount

Shares in Dolphin Capital, a global investor in the residential resort sector in emerging markets, rose on Thursday after the company announced a placing of shares at a tiny discount.

Shares in Dolphin Capital, a global investor in the residential resort sector in emerging markets, rose on Thursday after the company announced a placing of shares at a tiny discount.

The company is to raise €50m through shares placed at 19.5p per share, a halfpenny below the mid-market closing price on the day before the fund raising was announced.
