i-design, a company which makes it easier for banks to bombard us with ads when we are withdrawing money, is set to be quids-on after signing a major contract with First Data, the electronic commerce and payment processing firm.
i-design, a company which makes it easier for banks to bombard us with ads when we are withdrawing money, is set to be quids-on after signing a major contract with First Data, the electronic commerce and payment processing firm.
Under the contract, i-design will provide its marketing software solution, joono, which enables banks to deliver targeted product marketing to their customers.
i-design's total licensed ATM (automated teller machine) and self-service estate, including this latest agreement, will increase from 21,500 devices at September 30th 2011 to around 28,000 devices.

Ana Stewart, the Chief Executive Officer of i-design, said: "This agreement with First Data, one of the world's largest providers of payment processing services to financial institutions, marks our third major sale of our new enhanced joono solution since its launch in June last year.
