Land Securities Group is expected to report an increase in net asset value (NAV) when the property investment company unveils its annual results Wednesday.
Analysts at Investec forecasts NAV per share of 885p for the full-year to March 31st 2013, up from 856p the previous year.
"This reflects our view that the investment portfolio will perform at-least in line with the Investment Property Databank index (the data for which we now have to Land's year-end), plus development surpluses on London assets where the weight of evidence for rising rents, in particular in the City, is growing, supporting our bullish view for such assets," the broker said in a note last week.
