London property specialist, Capital and Counties Properties, may be nearer to being able to develop its Earls Court and Olympia Estate.
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has now adopted something called the "Supplementary Planning Document". In council-speak this is the policy framework which will be used to consider the Earls Court Masterplan developed by the architect Sir Terry Farrell.
The adoption by Kensington and Chelsea follows a similar decision by Hammersmith and Fulham council earlier this week.
