MoneyWeek Awards terms and conditions
1. By voting in the awards you (a “Voter”) accept these terms and conditions.
2. The voting will open on Friday 26th September 2014 and close on Tuesday 28th October at 10am. The results of the MoneyWeek Awards will be announced on Friday 7th November.
3. Votes and nominations must be submitted electronically. To vote, complete your details as requested and click the ‘Submit’ button. Only one entry is permitted per Voter. MoneyWeek accepts no responsibility for entries that cannot be processed for technical or other reasons.
4. At least one vote must be submitted for entry into the draw.
5. By submitting your vote and email address you give permission for MoneyWeek to email you about the MoneyWeek Awards. Your email address will not be passed onto any third parties.
6. Voters will automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a year’s free subscription to MoneyWeek magazine. Five winners will be drawn at random and will be notified shortly after the draw. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
7. MoneyWeek reserves the right to discount votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent and/or bulk votes have been cast in a manner designed to manipulate the outcome of the voting process.
8. Employees of MoneyWeek Limited and Fleet Street Publications Limited may not vote.
9. The FCA does not regulate the MoneyWeek Awards or prize draw.
10. The Promoter of the Prize Draw is MoneyWeek Ltd whose address is 8th Floor Friars Bridge Court, 41-45 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8NZ.
